Yes. When we begin, you will meet your editor and will be advised on how communication will continue as we proceed. There may be other experts who will take on parts of the project, but you will have an assigned point of contact available for your needs!
Depending on your readiness and scope of the project, we can start your podcast in as little as 3-4 days. For most plans, however, we recommend that we spend 1-2 weeks to get you launched the right way.
We can accept credit cards, ACH through our secure payment portal. Paypal, Zelle, Venmo, and more. If you would like to make other payment arrangements, we can discuss those as well. We offer significant discounts if you select a recurring payment option by ACH or credit card.
No. For ease of billing, you are billed in advance each month for the services, but you do not pay for services we don’t provide. However, we do offer discounts for 6 and 12 month commitments.
We absolutely can! We consult and provide recommendations based on your budget and needs, and we will never add a cost for that. We also can provide equipment for loan, and have a studio in Phoenix, Arizona if that is more convenient for you!
